How to request a refund or stop automatic renewal.

14-day full refund guarantee
You may request a full refund for VR-Gate subscriptions and tickets within 14 days of each payment. This includes unused purchases; service use alone does not remove this right. More favorable statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Requesting a refund
Email support@junleebuild.com with the payment date and order number. We will provide a processing outcome within three business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider and card issuer.
Stopping automatic renewal
Open subscription management from the plans page or use Manage subscription in your account. For Paddle purchases, stop the next renewal in its official customer portal. Pro benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Request refunds for past payments separately.
Cancelled events and payment errors
Contact support with your order number for cancelled or undelivered events, duplicate payments, or incorrect charges. We review the transaction and service records, and report request acceptance separately from completed refunds.
